Quantum Simply Cellular®(QSC) Kit는 직경 약 7~9µm의 5가지 비드(Bead) 집단으로 구성되어 있으며, Blank 비드 1종과 Capture Antibody가 서로 다른 양으로 코팅된 4종의 비드를 포함합니다.

5개의 비드 집단을 동일한 항체-형광 접합체(Antibody-Fluorophore Conjugate)로 포화(Saturation)시키면, 각 비드는 표준 곡선(Standard Curve)을 형성합니다. 이 표준 곡선을 이용하여 시험 시료(Test Sample)의 항체 결합 용량(Antibody Binding Capacity, ABC)을 정량적으로 추정할 수 있습니다.

Quantum Simply Cellular® Kit는 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에서 세포 표면 항원(Cell Surface Antigen)의 발현 수준을 정량화하고, 항체 결합 용량(ABC)을 측정하기 위한 표준화 도구로 널리 사용됩니다. 높은 재현성과 정확성을 제공하여 면역학(Immunology), 세포생물학(Cell Biology) 및 바이오의약품 연구(Biopharmaceutical Research) 등 다양한 연구 분야에 적합합니다.
